The Ville big man Chinanu Anuaku took to social media this afternoon to apologize for his behavior following last night’s loss to La Familia.
“I want to apologize for my actions following last night’s game,” Anuaku said on X. “I let my emotions and pride for my university overcome me in the moment. I love my UofL and I love this town. L’s up”
Of course, in case you missed it, Anuaku spit in Nate Sestina’s face after the game.

La Familia coach Tyler Ulis isn’t exactly buying the apology it seems:
How many did you call him throughout the game? You knew what you was doing, picked the guy who causes no problems. It’s just basketball , tough guys don’t spit on people and then play victim

In reality, Anuaku is probably jsut apologizing in hopes that he doesn’t have to look over his shoulders for Daniel Orton for the rest of his life:
Daniel Orton genuinely had that man’s life flashing before his eyes dog you can see the moment he realized it’s in God’s hands now #BBN pic.twitter.com/1K3GGI6HIh
