Julius Randle scored a career-high 29 points and 10 rebounds in Kentucky’s 93-80 win over Belmont. Randle notched his 9th double-double. He has scored in double figures in all twelve games this season.
Bruins Coach Rick Byrd on the challenge of defending Randle:
“We couldn’t stop him from making it except by fouling him. He’s so strong, our guys fouled him and he doesn’t even notice.”
