When Auburn’s Isaac Okoro was taken early in the NBA Draft, ESPN cut to a live interview with Tigers coach Bruce Pearl.
Viewers immediately noticed that Pearl’s camera quality was questionable at best.
It turns out that Pearl did the interview from a grocery store parking lot in LaGrange, Georgia:
Breaking news: Bruce Pearl tells CBS Sports he did his ESPN hit on Isaac Okoro in a parking lot of an Ingles grocery store outside LaGrange, Georgia, near the border of Alabama.
“No green room for BP,” Pearl said.
