Former Kentucky guard Brandon Knight was named Hoops Agents Player of the Week in Puerto Rico on Tuesday.
Knight had 30 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists in Quebradillas’ 94-90 win over Manati.
The 31-year old Knight is leading the BSN league in scoring at 24.6 points per game. Quebradillas is on top of their division with an 8-2 record.

American Guard (190-G-1991) had a great game in the last week for top-ranked Quebradillas, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for week 9.
The 31-year old player was the main contributor (30 points, three rebounds and seven assists) to his team’s victory, helping them to edge out Manati (#6, 2-8) 94-90. It allowed Quebradillas to consolidate first place in the Puerto Rican BSN. Quebradillas have a solid 8-1 record. In the team’s last game Knight had a remarkable six three-pointers out of 9 attempts. He just recently signed at Quebradillas, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former University of Kentucky star has very solid stats this year.
