Bowling Green’s 14 blocks were too much for the Eagle’s big men as the visiting Falcons left Morehead with a 67-61 win.

The Bowling Green men’s basketball team blocked 14 shots and hit 52 percent in the second half as the Falcons rallied to defeat host Morehead State 67-61 Sunday at Johnson Arena.
The Eagles (7-5) led 38-34 at the half, but BGSU (5-5) outscored the hosts 33-23 in the final 20 minutes.
Bowling Green placed five players in double figures, led by Richaun Holmes’ 17. He also rejected seven MSU shots.
Morehead State got a team-high 16 points from sophomore Brent Arrington and 15 via junior Angelo Warner. MSU out-rebounded BGSU 47-34.
