Billy Gillispie is off to a rough start at Texas Tech.
According to SportsbyBrooks.com, several basketball staffers have left the Tech program during Gillispie’s four months on the job.
Most recently, basketball assistant Chris Beard left after reportedly being involved in a physical altercation with Gillispie.
