Big Blue Beatdown: Kentucky destroys Tennessee to end streak

The streak is over.

Kentucky has just defeated Tennessee in Knoxville for the first time since 1984.

Kentucky’s defense set the tone for today’s 34-7 win with back-to-back-to-back interceptions in the second quarter. Two of those were returned for touchdowns and the other led to a field goal. The Wildcats never looked back.

Terry Wilson finished 12-15 for 101 yards and a touchdown. He also ran 8 times for 32 yards.

Chris Rodriguez led the Wildcats (2-2) on the ground with 13 carries for 73 yards and a touchdown.
