The Big 12 Conference has handed down multiple suspensions as a result of last night’s brawl between Kansas and Kansas State.

Earlier today, Kansas announced that Silvio De Sousa (the player with the band stool) is suspended indefinitely by the school.
This afternoon, the Big 12 Conference suspended De Sousa for 12 games at the league level.
Additionally, the Jayhawks’ David McCormack received a two-game ban.
For Kansas State, James Love will miss eight games, and Antonio Gordon will miss three.
De Sousa apologized for his behavior in a statement posted on social media tonight:
