Bam Adebayo, Kendrick Nunn Didn’t Make Trip to Orlando with Miami Heat

It has been revealed that Bam Adebayo and Kendrick Nunn are the two players who didn’t travel with the Miami Heat to Orlando for the NBA restart.

The Heat did not reveal the names of the three players who tested positive for COVID-19 due to privacy rules.

Derrick Jones Jr. already revealed that he was one of the three. Adebayo and Nunn are the other two players who didn’t travel with the team.

Here are more details from Sun-Sentinel.com:

Coach Erik Spoelstra declined to say which players were not with the team for the session on a makeshift court in a ballroom at Disney World, but guard Goran Dragic noted in his post-practice comments, “Hopefully Bam can come and K-Nunn, and we can be a whole team and make some damage.”

The Heat had three players test positive in advance of their Wednesday departure for the “bubble” type of setting, aimed at keeping the new coronavirus pandemic out. Forward Derrick Jones Jr., who had allowed for the release of his name after a positive COVID-19 test, traveled with the team.
