According to some mock NFL Drafts, former Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson is rising in the 2023 NFL Draft while Kentucky’s Will Levis is dropping.
Brent Sobleski of Bleacher Report has moved Richardson up to the second-rated quarterback in the draft, just behind Ohio State’s CJ Stroud.
According to Sobleski, Levis isn’t even rated as a first round pick:
Anthony Richardson has slowly crept up to QB2 among B/R’s rankings. @QBKlass working quietly in the night only to drop bombs.
As we enter NFL combine week:
1. CJ Stroud
2. Anthony Richardson
3. Bryce YoungWill Levis doesn’t currently carry a first-round grade.

CBS Sports has moved Richardson to the No. 1 overall pick and dropped Levis to pick No. 5.
Here are excerpts about both:

I think Richardson is going to emphatically remove the lid from Lucas Oil Stadium at the NFL combine. That will lead to the Colts taking a chance on him, given the hiring of former Eagles Shane Steichen as head coach. Richardson has similarities to Jalen Hurts and All-Pro upside.

KENTUCKY • SR • 6’3″ / 232 LBS

Frank Reich gets a big, pocket passing quarterback with high-caliber athleticism and a rocket arm.
Meanwhile, Barrett Sallee, who has devolved into just being a troll, believes there are nine quarterbacks in the draft that are better than Levis. Ironically, Sallee doesn’t list Richardson at all.
I am in no way, shape or form an NFL Draft expert. Nevertheless, my QBs …
