Former Kentucky forward Alex Poythress added another championship to his resume last night in Israel.
Poythress and Maccabi Tel Aviv defeated Hapoel Tel Aviv 94-90 to capture the Winner League championship.
Lorenzo Brown (NC State) and Wade Baldwin (Vanderbilt) each scored 22 points to lead Maccabi. Poythress added 12 points and 6 rebounds.

J’Covan Brown (Texas) led Hapoel with 31 points and 8 assists.
Kentucky head coach John Calipari congratulated Poythress on social media this morning.
