I’m excited, are you? The Wildcats will be in action, on the court, in just 10 days. Coach Cal takes the guys (not sure who all will be going and playing at this point) to Windsor Canada for 3 exhibition games that are being played on the 15th, 16th and 17th of August. The big question for fans who won’t be making the trip is if the games would be aired on TV. Here is the lineup.[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]
The Big Blue Sports Network will televise the games live on FS South; WTVW-TV in Evansville; WYMT-TV in Hazard;WSAZ-My Z in Huntington, WV; WKAG-TV in Hopkinsville; WKYT-TV in Lexington; WMYO-TV in Louisville andWDKA-TV in Paducah/Cape Girardeau.
So there is plenty of television coverage. The games can be heard on radio in Lexington on WLAP-AM (630) and in Louisville on WHAS-AM (840).
The Wildcats will kick off the trip on Aug. 15 against the University of Windsor at 7:00 p.m. ET, followed by a 7:00 p.m. ET match-up against the Western Mustangs on Aug. 16. UK will close with an 11:00 a.m. ET rematch against Windsor on Aug. 17, with all three games being played at the St. Denis Centre in Windsor. Monday’s game was moved back one hour to 7:00 p.m. ET for broadcast purposes.
