Vaught: NCAA Would Have Punished Kentucky for Kanter’s Grades

Larry Vaught reports that the NCAA would have punished the University of Kentucky if Enes Kanter had not passed his classes or would have dropped out of school early.

Kanter, who the NCAA ruled permanently ineligible, counted in Kentucky’s APR score.
