The UK Hoops team is a very exciting team this year and are gaining respect throughout the nation in Women’s Basketball. They also are getting in the Christmas spirit as they were caroling today in the Joe Craft Center. Jingle Bell Rock was heard throughout the Craft, and by reading the tweets from the players, they aren’t giving up basketball to sing anytime soon.
The team was also featured in the online magazine Inside Women’s Basketball and it has a great cover picture of Victoria Dunlap and A’dia Mathies, as well as a great story on the team. The team will be in action this Saturday in Memorial Coliseum at 2pm vs. Alabama A&M. I will be having a live chat at the game since I will be in attendance. I am looking forward to my second UK Hoops game this season.
