UK Hoops had been struggling lately but might have turn the corner today getting a big win at Vanderbilt 80-71.
Keyla Snowden, who’s minutes had seen a decline lately, scored a point a minute finishing up with 22 points. Snowden shot 7-10 from the field and 4-6 from behind the arc.
Freshman Bernisha Pinkett had 14 and A’dia Mathies scored 13.
All American Victoria Dunlap had 10 points and 8 rebounds.
The win kept Kentucky in the hunt for the #2 seed in the SEC Tournament.
Kentucky is now 20-7 on the season and 9-5 in the SEC.
