Digger Phelps was the first to arrive on the Gameday set. He proceeded to take the crowd through a Gameday dress rehearsal.

Digger Phelps is very proud of his dancing. He bragged about all the views his previous Gamday dancing received on YouTube. I actually think he’s a much better dancer than announcer……

As the start time for the show grew closer, Rece Davis gave everyone a pregame pep talk.

And then the show began….Gameday Opening

Coming back from a commercial break, Erin Andrews had made her way to to upper arena with a decibel meter to see how loud Rupp would be tonight during the game. She said it was off the charts!

The show always ends with each announcer giving their picks for the big game. Hubert Davis surprised everyone when he stood up to do the John Wall Dance to show he picked UK. Jay Bilas followed suit shortly after.
When the show ended, the former UK players that were in attendance, took to the floor for a very unorganized game of C-A-T-S (horse for uk fans). Cameron Mills led the ceremonies.
At one point Mills made a pretty funny comment when the crowd started booing a couple of Tennessee fans that had made their way into Rupp…. [QUOTE]”It’s ok for Tennessee fans to be here, ESPN Gameday doesn’t go to Knoxville.”[/QUOTE]When the show was over, the announcers gave their thoughts on Gameday at Rupp.
