You may have heard that he has been spending time around some Big 12 schools (seen on the bench with old friend Bill Self at Kansas). You may have even heard that Gillispie was being considered for the Texas Tech job, a rumor fueled even more with the recent firing of Tech Head Coach Pat Knight. But have you heard that Billy Clyde Gillispie may be holding out to take Trent Johnson’s place at LSU?
