Terrence Jones is in Kentucky and Lovin it

Freshmen entering and exiting college are faced with difficult decisions; decisions that people following them often question. “He didn’t pick the right school” and “he shouldn’t leave to enter the NBA, he’s not ready.” Those statements are common enough as we have heard year after year and will likely hear more of in the future. But the only thing that should matter is the happiness of the person that made the decision, right?[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]

It seems as if Terrence Jones feels more and more each day that he has made the right decision. Yesterday’s proof of that came via Twitter:
@SWeagant I’m good gettin love from my new Uk family and I’mlovin it out here thanks
@SWeagant is a random fan of Jones from the Portland area, which for some reason seems to help his reply resonate deeper in me. Jones has made several public announcements this week via Twitter talking about the workouts, sociology class and getting some breakfast from McDonald’s. I hope it was a McGriddle.

The science of happiness goes well beyond a good education or millions of dollars. Sure, they are both important but do not equal happiness. Becoming a member of a large family and having a true home away from home, now that’s finding happiness. Family and home, Big Blue Nation and the Bluegrass. We’re glad your enjoying it, Terrence! We can’t wait to see you in Rupp.
