Enes Kanter has recently moved up in the ranks and will end with a #3 ranking which is way up from his previous national rankings. Kanter has the potential to be a handful inside similar to DeMarcus Cousins. He is 6’9″ and weighing in at 240 pounds. Although Enes isn’t as explosive as Cousins, he could actual provide higher numbers with more minutes.[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]
Rivals.com says that Kanter has the touch around the basket and comes into the college game ready and willing to score in the post. He also has an advantage over Boogie in that he can stretch the defense with a jump shot. With his size, hands, footwork and experience I think Enes has the capability to put up big numbers, maybe more than DeMarcus if he can stay on the floor.
We all recall his record setting performance at the Nike Hoop Summit. Kanter had 34 points and 13 rebounds back in April during the game played in Portland. Here is a 3 minute clip that had some great plays by Enes in the 3rd quarter.
