Memphis, Kentucky, UCONN, and now Kansas is in the mix for the 6’10” center from John A. Logan Junior College in Carterville, Illinois.
Is it me or does Kansas recruit everyone we start recruiting?
I have also heard from a source this evening that UCONN could have the inside track on Simpson since he has a great relationship with Huskie Assistant Coach Andre LaFleur.
I wonder how much Kentucky really wants Stan since they have not offered a scholarship yet. It will be interesting if an offer comes soon or closer to signing day to see how things pan out with the roster going forward.
The recent play of Eloy Vargas could cool the Cats on Simpson, but it is never a bad thing to have depth on the post.
