Terrence Ross, who was being recruited by Kentucky before choosing Washington last week, participated in a radio interview this afternoon on Seattle-based 950 AM.
Here are some of the highlights:
[B]On his own recruitment:[/B]
Ross said his second choice would have likely been Villanova with this third choice being either Kentucky or Oklahoma.
[B]On his feelings when Jones committed to Washington on Friday:[/B]
“I was completely surprised” when Jones picked up the Washington hat during Friday’s announcement.
[B]He didn’t think Jones would choose Washington:[/B]
He felt that Jones was going “somewhere else like Kentucky or somewhere.”
[B]He still wants Jones at Washington:[/B]
Ross said he honestly has no idea where Jones will end up but did say, “I hope he ends up at u dub.”
