The Class of 2013, like all other classes, have been very popular and competitive as far as rankings go. But for the majority of these rising junior’s careers, one person has sat atop the list of the basketball recruits.
That young man is Julius Randle.
Many have considered Randle the best player in the class, but Jabari Parker, Nerlens Noel, and Chris Walker have all made great runs to dethrone the star from Texas.
However, a former 2013 recruit has no doubt that Randle is the best player in the class.

I’ve always thought hearing something like that from your peers is always a plus, and with a great guard like Purvis saying that, it has to be noticed.
