It has been thought for awhile that one of the more impressive high-risers in the Class of 2012 rankings held a Kentucky offer.
For sometime, Robert Carter, one of the best post players in the class, sported an offer from Kentucky. However, now he is telling ESPN something else, according to @NextCats:

It is not unusual for recruits to play off or even lie about offers to get more publicity. I’m not saying that is the case here, but you never know.
Carter is definitely a nice talent to have, and if he hasn’t received it yet, I would assume a Kentucky offer soon.
