Polson to Play in Ohio-Kentucky All Star Game

The 19th Annual Ohio-Kentucky All Star Game will be played this Saturday at Thomas More College. I have become very interested in this game for two reasons. First of all, Jarrod Polson will be playing in it. If you didn’t already know, Jarrod has a shot of walking on at Kentucky and had a “try out” with the team in a pick up game today. He played with Wayne Turner, Ravi Moss, Darius Miller, DeMarcus Cousins, DeAndre Liggins, Ramon Harris, and Jon Hood. Polson’s workout went well as Coach Jon Robic was there to evaluate. Polson’s workout went so well that he was invited back next week.

The second reason I am excited about this game is I will be there. Anthony Wireman and I are going to go and I hope to get a bunch of pictures and interview Polson for Nation of Blue. It will be the first road trip for the site and I hope to make this the first of many trips to watch potential Kentucky recruits play. I plan on tweeting the event on @uk_nationofblue and @Section137 to keep everyone up to date on how Polson plays and how many cups of water he drinks while on the bench. Make sure and check out the site late Saturday night or early Sunday for the article on what should be a very fun event.
