It’s almost August and we are still over a month from the first college kick-off, and even farther away from the first tip. What could possibly fill our little sports heart and hold us over?
How about the Kentucky Wildcat Legends game. I’m talking about John Wall, Demarcus Cousins, Eric Bledsoe, Tayshaun Prince, Rajon Rondo, Nazr Mohammad, Jodie Meeks and possibly Patrick Patterson returning to Rupp Arena to take on Coach Cal’s Dominican Republic team. On top of that delicious Wildcat treat, Coach Joe B. Hall will be the head honcho of this legendary team.
I don’t know about you, but just typing out those names I could hardly control myself. Not only will the team full of Kentucky legends completely kill the Dominican team (at least you would think), but just seeing some of our favorite Wildcats back in the house that Rupp built will be amazing.
This game is slotted to take place on Monday, August 15 at Rupp Arena. Per ticketmaster, presale tickets go on sale Friday (sign up [URL=”http://www.rupparena.com/firstInLine/”]here[/URL]) and then to the general public Monday morning at 10am.
