Patrick Patterson and DeMarcus Cousins continued their great play in the NBA Summer League yesterday. Pat had 14 points and 9 rebounds as the Rockets lost to the Raptors 100-91. Patterson also signed his new contract with Houston, so besides not getting the win, Pat had a pretty good day.
DeMarcus’ Sacramento Kings continued their winning ways over the Lakers 90-84. Boogie led the charge with 19 points on 8-20 shooting. Boogie also finished with another double double as he had 12 rebounds. The best thing I like about this Kings’ team is all of the local and SEC flavor it has on it. Watching Devan Downey run up and down the floor makes me glad he is gone! Wayne Chism had a good game too, and I surely won’t ever miss him either. Here is the highlights from the Kings win.
