Last year, President Obama thanked the Wildcats for their efforts in raising over $1,000,000 for the Hoops for Haiti relief. The next game the Wildcats played was against South Carolina which resulted in a loss.

Hopefully this year will be diffferent. President Barack Obama recently sat down with Diane Sawyer who asked how much Kentucky would win by. Although Obama didn’t have Kentucky in his Final Four, he did congratulate the Wildcats.
