No Enes, No Problem – Game One Kentucky vs Windsor

Get the UK shirt out, grab a spot in front of the tube and get ready to yell your head off.

It’s here, the first of a three game series north of the border. I must admit, my heart is thumping like a 16 year old on my first date.

For the first time we’ll get to see Jones, Knight, Lamb, Poole and Polson in Kentucky blue and white.

Even though the one player I really wanted to see, Kanter, isn’t able to make the trip, this three game series will excite the fans and give us a small glimpse of what’s to come later this Fall.
[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]The line ups and match ups will be a plenty, as I’m sure Coach Calipari will try multiple combination’s of Players with a lot of focus on the dribble-drive and intense defense.

With no Kanter or Vargas, Harrellson could get a lot of playing time, which will allow the Kentucky faithful to get a good look at what should be a hungry Senior. Miller, Liggins and Hood have all been praised by Calipari for the improvement he’s seen since last year.

Darius has seemed to step up into the leader role, or maybe forced into it by Calipari, while Liggins has been called the most improved player in the pre-Canada practices.

Good news (Great news for Jorts), no one will foul out. Bad news, each team has unlimited time outs. Expect a lot to be called as this is more of a formal scrimmage then a true game.

Kentucky’s starting line up? Your guess is as good as mine, but here’s my shot at whose on the floor first:

Josh Harrellson
Brandon Knight
Darius Miller
DeAndre Liggins
Terrence Jones

Expect substitutions to be hot and heavy from the very beginning as Calipari looks at multiple combination’s.

Enjoy the game and Go Cats!!!
