As I said in my previous article with 2012 offensive lineman Joe Manley, he has agreed to start a recruiting journal with us here at NoB.
Joe will keep you up-to-date with what is going on in his football recruitment, as well as his game and everyday life.
Enjoy and be sure to show him the love!
[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]

Hey fans!
Well, my name is Joe Manley. I was born in Kansas City, Kansas, but I moved to Bowling Green when I was six months old. I have always loved football since I was in like 3rd grade (that’s when I started little league). My first year we won THE Toy Bowl and I have had pretty good success since then in my athletics.
I play offensive guard and tackle. I’ve always wanted to run with the ball (I had one catch when I was younger). HAHA just figured I would throw that out there.
Last year ended in a disappointment. We had a special bond on the o-line and ran the ball really good against just about everyone. But now it’s time to start again and we have been doing the grind for almost two months now, and with 35-38 seniors this year, it should be interesting….
I’m talking to Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisville, Western Kentucky, Illinois, and a couple of others at the moment seriously.
This weekend I’m heading up to UK for the Junior Day! It should be pretty fun… I finally get to show off my fishing pictures to Coach Summers and see what all he caught since I saw him last!
Personally, I wish we could throw some balls around and get a pickup game going with the recruits. That would be a lot of fun.
I’ll be sure to let you guys know how it goes.
Until next time, see ya guys!
