NBA of the Day 03-05-2011

Rajon Rondo played over 40 minutes in the Celtics’ 107-103 win over Golden State. His shooting was off however, as he shot only 3 of 11 for 6 points overall. Rondo did get 16 assists and 5 steals, so his defense and team play made up for his lack of scoring.

Nazr Mohammed started again for Oklahoma City, who got the win over Atlanta, 111-104. Mohammed also got 6 points on 3 of 6 shooting, and added 4 rebounds in 19:02 of play.

Keith Bogans’ Bulls defeated Daniel Orton’s Magic, 89-81. Bogans was only 1 of 4 from the field (it was a 3-pointer) for 3 points on the night. He added a rebound and a steal in just under 17 minutes of play.

Orton did not play.

Miami got spanked by San Antonio, 125-95, but Jamaal Magloire did not play.

Jodie Meeks helped Philadelphia defeat Minnesota 111-100. Meeks finished with 12 points on 3 of 7 shooting (2 from long range) and 4 of 4 from the line. He also nabbed a rebound, an assist and a steal in just over 30 minutes of play.
