[B]Former Kentucky basketball player Derrick Miller[/B] was scheduled to enter a plea Tuesday to charges of theft in Hardin Circuit Court, but the process was postponed until next week.
Jailers failed to transfer Miller to Elizabethtown on a judge’s order causing the postponement.
Miller has already been sentenced to jail time in three of 11 Kentucky counties in which he was charged in connection to a Kentucky basektball ticket scam.
He is facing two counts of theft in Hardin County and Judge Ken Howard set Miller’s sentencing for next Tuesday.
