[B]Jarnell Stokes [/B]has been the most popular product from Memphis as of late after John Calipari caught another look at him while watching [B]Jonathan Williams, III[/B] workout.
These two players are top-notch prospects from one of the best basketball cities in the world, but Calipari also has shown interest in another Memphis-area talent.
As first reported by BluegrassHoops.com, Calipari also stopped by Briarcrest Christian Academy (Tenn.) to see 2013 big man [B]Austin Nichols[/B] while in route to see Stokes and J3.
Nichols, a 6-foot-8 lengthy post player, was very excited to see Calipari come through his school last week.
“I was shocked when I first saw him coming through Briarcrest,” Nichols said in disbelief. “Having Coach Cal come in was a dream come true pretty much.”
