Marcus Nidiffer, former UK catcher and Houston Astros Non-Drafted Free Agent (NDFA), was promoted from Greeneville to Tri-City last month for his exceptional play (if you’ve been following Marcus, you know the kid can hit). He finished with 14 homers, 36 RBI and 40 runs scored for the summer between the two teams.
