Marcus McClinton, Kentucky alum and current Eastern Kentucky Drillers’ Safety, has been suspended for 1 game by the UIFL.

McClinton supposedly threw a punch at the River Monsters’ Maurice Douse, who was also suspended, during their 54-40 loss last Saturday at Northern Kentucky.
Eastern Kentucky’s David Jones and Northern Kentucky’s Jared Lorenzen both said they saw no punches thrown during the altercation.
Both players were fined an undisclosed amount pursuant to the UIFL Playing Rules and Operations manual fine schedule.
The Drillers host Jared Lorenzen and Northern Kentucky this Saturday at the East Kentucky Expo Center, gametime is set for 7:30.
