As you should already know, former NC State point guard Ryan Harrow will announce the school he will transfer to on either Thursday or Friday.
Dime Magazine has an article today that Kentucky tops his list.

Kentucky has an excellent shot at any player, and Harrow would be a great beginning of the 2012 class, especially how shallow the point guard pool next year.
