John Wall: Midnight Madness D.C Style

His introduction during the 2009 Big Blue Madness sparked a world wide dance phenomenon and a love affair with the Big Blue Nation not soon to die.

From his game winning shot to his blazing speed for a two-handed dunk against UNC to a dribble drive layup and one at a critical time against UCONN and eventually the first ever Wildcat to be selected No. 1 in the NBA Draft, the one-year wonder named Wall is not soon to be forgotten.

Now he takes his tremendous talent to the next level, the Association, where he will attempt to add his name to the likes of Jordan, Bird and Johnson.

So how did he start that career? How else, with D.C.’s version of Midnight Madness. No magical dance move this time, but a mature Wall who takes the play time serious.

Watch and listen as John takes charge as the obvious team leader.
