Kentucky head coach John Calipari has been nomiated for the inauguarl 2010 United Nations NGO Positive Peace Award.
The award honors individuals, businesses, athletes, teams, entertainers and schools around the world for their positive contributions.
Calipari was nominated by Samaritan’s Feet, an organization that Calipari teamed with to help deliver shoes to orphans in Haiti.
