Is Darius Miller Too Shy Compared To His Teammates?

Coming into the Georgia game this weekend, I’m looking for Darius Miller to break out of his “shyness”. It seems that one of last years key players has lost a bit of his swagger, and may need a boost of confidence. It’s going to be hard to get some extra attention when your surrounded by John Wall, Demarcus Cousins and Patrick Patterson. Darius is capable of turning this around on his own. He just needs a few shots to fall for him and I’m sure he’ll be fine. There’s just one thing that could prevent that from happening… he has to be on the floor, playing.

Going into the Louisville game Eric Bledsoe was already named the starter in Miller’s spot. Then after failing to meet what Calipari was looking for, he saw limited playing time for a whopping eight minutes. As it wasn’t hard enough winning the starting role over the summer, now he needs to prove himself…again. There’s only so much you can do in practice. You may win a starting role, but you’ll be on the bench before the first media time out if you’re not contributing. With the competition on this years team, you can’t afford to have an off game, or you might as well help Delk and Padgett keep stats for the rest of the season.

So who do you thinks is going to showup on Saturday? Monster Darius? Or Shy Darius?

In the video…..Rihanna = Coach Calipari, Ronnie = Darius Miller
