She wins our $2,500 drawing, the largest for the three Early Bird prizes.The next drawing in the raffle will be Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Sept. 30 and you could be the winner of a new home or $150,000 in cash.
This year’s house is a beautiful, upgraded two story that recently listed for $309,000, located at 533 Southpoint Drive in Lexington’s desirable Pinnacle subdivision. The drawing winner also has the choice of taking $150,000 cash instead of the house.
Tickets for the 2011 Dream Home Raffle are just $50 each this time around and can be purchased on-line by clicking the Buy a Ticket button. This year, 8,200 tickets must be sold for the grand prize to be awarded. If fewer than 8,200 tickets are sold, the drawing becomes a split-the-pot raffle between the winner and Special Olympics Kentucky (amount determined after raffle expenses).
