Hartline Ranked 8th In Passing Efficiency

Mike Hartline has improved his pass efficiency rating again this week. He moves up from 13th and is now ranked 8th in the country.

This is a great accomplishment for anyone and shows a lot of character by Hartline. He was definitely not the popular choice for QB at the start of the season and he’s worked hard to prove everyone wrong.

Hartline takes a 170.16 efficiency rating into this weeks game against Florida. Some fans think this is just a fluke due to the less than stellar competition UK has faced over the first three games, but that will all come to an end on Saturday.

Greg McElroy leads the country of with a 200.03 and Arkansa’s Ryan Mallet comes in at #5 with a 186.50.

Some notable QBs that Hartline is currently in front of….
Tyrod Taylor, Virginia Tech – 167.14
Kellen Moore, Boise St. – 156.82
Richard Stanzi, Iowa – 168.28
Terrelle Pryor, Ohio St. – 156.62

And here’s one of those completions to Chris Mathews in the corner of the end zone for a TD!
