On Sunday, Billy “Puddles” Donovan will lead the Gators against our CATS. Over the last several years, this meeting has grown into a rivalry game and Sunday will not be any different. Do you think Billy uses “Degree” deodorant? Maybe he should use “Axe”. It fixed this guys problem…

I know there’s a lot of UK fans that love Billy D. for his time in Lexington, but I’m not one of those fans. I do respect his coaching ability, but he’s the head coach of the Florida Gators and I HATE the Florida Gators.
I know I just wrote the “I Hate Tennessee” post last week, but Florida definitely ranks in my list of top five most despised UK opponents. It all started when Matt Walsh, a “Carrot Top” look alike posing as a basketball player, became the face of the emerging Florida basketball program. Joakim Noah then followed and my hatred for Florida was solidified.
Last year I started to focusing on Nick Calathes. This year, Calathes is in Greece and I’m left with a grudge and nowhere to direct it. Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem rooting against all of Gator nation, but it just seems odd not to have that special someone.
If any readers have any recommendations on the next great UF player for UK fans to despise, I would be happy to hear about them. I’ve already got my favorite UF fan and man he makes a great video…

Now Let’s Talk About The Game…
Senior night will celebrate the UK careers of Mark Crebs, Perry Stevenson, Patrick Patterson and Ramone Harris. These guys have obviously been through the wringer. They started as recruits of Tubby Smith, played for Billy Gillispie and finish as Cal’s Cats.
Patrick Patterson will graduate this year and will also participate in senior day. When asked if he would return to UK to use his last year of eligibility, Patterson stated he was undecided.

As far as taking the next step to the NBA, I’m not sure about that yet. I’m doing it just in case I won’t get to do it (senior day activities) next year.”

Even though the CATS are twelve point favorites in tomorrow’s game, we all know anything can happen. Florida defeated Tennessee a couple of weeks ago and they would love to add another upset to their resume’. If we come out flat (hard to imagine due to senior day), turn the ball over and fail to rebound, it could be a long afternoon. Florida will also need to play their best game of the year and we should count on that happening. We’re UK, we get everyone’s best.
Here are the four factors of winning and a breakdown of Florida’s production…
It should be a great game and a great way to finish such a remarkable season. Don’t forget to call the “Post Game Sound Off” at the end of the game 859-379-9219. This will make our fifth episode. One last thing… How do you think Boogie would play against Joakim Noah? I guess we’ll have to wait till next year to see that happen.
