The 2011 prospect out of Dallas is 6′ 5″ and 300 lbs. Norton has an offer from Kentucky, and is being recruited by coach Brinson. As this is an ‘official’ visit, you have to believe that Kentucky has made his top 5 list. According to Scout, he also holds offers from Baylor, Miami (Fl), Oregon, Texas Tech, Arizona State, Syracuse and Tennessee.
The other 2011 recruit on Kentucky’s wish list making news this week is [URL=”http://www.wildcatrecruits.com/playerProfile.php?Contact_ID=383″]Shamir Jeffery[/URL]. [URL=”http://www.maxpreps.com/blogs/football-signing-day-blog/pFjAv_zBEd-XkQAcxJSkrA/shamier-jeffery-commits-to-south-carolina.htm”]Maxpreps[/URL] is reporting that the 4-star QB out of South Carolina (the state) has verbally committed to South Carolina (the university). Jeffery had an offer from UK as well as South Carolina, Auburn, Georgia Tech, NC State and Tennessee.
