Just like that special team in 1998, this team has the magic. No one expected these Cats to move past the Sweet Sixteen, let alone make the Final Four. I even remember at one point in the season hearing a few fans groan that this team might not even make the tournament.
Then something changed. The close win over Vandy on senior night seemed to give the guys the confidence they needed to stay poised in the stretch, and refuse to lose.
