Do The Shizz and John Wall

What if I told you the origin of the John Wall dance was Louisville, KY? It’s true! This might be the best thing to come out of Louisville since Rajon Rondo.

The dance and Song “Do The Shizz” comes from the rapper Kenzo. John Wall was just doing the “Shizz” when he was announced at Big Blue Madness and flexing (your muscles) is actually part of the chorus. You can see the original video and song here. Kenzo actually makes a reference to Louisville in the last few lines of the song.

Now lets take another look at John Wall Dance..The John Wall dance still stands on it’s own merit. The Shizz involves moving your chest in and out while, moving your feat and bobbing your head, while the JW Dance is just focused on the art of Flexing.

And if your wondering how you do the John Wall Dance or “The Shizz” without any rhythm at all…you can watch this one… They might not be able to carry a beat, but they’re cat fans and that’s all that counts 😉 !
