This is the first NBA Summer League for not only this year’s Kentucky draftees, but also last year’s as well.
The Orlando Magic just opened up their summer season with a 92-88 win over the Brooklyn Nets in Orlando.
Kentucky’s DeAndre Liggins finished with 6 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal for the Magic.
Liggins was 1-5 from the field, 4-7 from the free throw line, and didn’t attempt a shot from behind the arc.
DeAndre was his hustling self, playing tough defense, which led to 4 personal fouls in 32 minutes.
