His head coach left and went to Montverde Academy in Florida. Johnson had [URL=”http://eye-on-college-basketball-recruiting.blogs.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/29884776/30695852″]said just last week[/URL] that he was transferring out of St. Patricks but didn’t know where he wanted to go – he didn’t even list any options. Evidently that has changed.
Johnson has now [URL=”http://www.zagsblog.com/2011/07/21/dakari-johnson-headed-to-loaded-montverde-team/”]decided to follow his head coach to Montverde[/URL]. He will be joining fellow UK target [URL=”http://www.wildcatrecruits.com/playerProfile.php?Contact_ID=765&Recruit=Kasey-Hill”]Kasey Hill[/URL] on a team that head coach Kevin Boyle says is “potentially as good as any of (my St. Patrick) teams.”
