Warriors in battle and friends off the court describes the relationship between John Calipari and Bob Huggins.
What else would explain Calipari agreeing to be among those who will roast Huggins next Friday night, September 3, in Morgantown.

The last time Cat fans saw the two together was a bittersweet moment. Yes, Calipari had accomplished goal one, bring the Kentucky program back to relevance, but the Big Blue faithful thought this was the year he would reach his ultimate goal and win a National Title.
Coach Cal and the Cats might have came up short, but the friendship between Huggins and Calipari continues today. I’m convinced there will be an Elite 8 jab or two thrown around from Calipari during his time at the podium.
Tickets are $100 per person or $1,000 per table. Corporate tables are available at the $5,000 and $2,500 levels. All proceeds from the Roast, will go to the Norma Mae Huggins Cancer endowment fund at WVU.
