Coach Cal was in Memphis last night to check on a couple of his former players.
DeMarcus Cousins and Tyreke Evans were both surprised last night by their old coach.

The interesting thing about Cal’s visit last night was Stan Simpson was also at the game while on his visit to Memphis.
I noticed on twitter that Tiger fans were in an uproar that Cal was there, as they felt he was trying to take away from Simpson’s visit with Josh Pastner.
I seriously doubt Cal would do anything of the sort, especially since he has never spoke to Simpson in the past.
It is still pretty funny though…
