Brandon Knight was an All Rookie on the Detroit Pistons last season and has become the face of the franchise since he was a 1st round lottery pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.
Knight debuted in his first NBA Summer League game today and led the Pistons to their 1st victory of the summer.
The Detroit Pistons beat the Utah Jazz 76-73 in what was both teams’ first game in Orlando.
Brandon didn’t shoot the ball extremely well, but did enough in his 30 minutes of playing time to help hold off Utah.
He scored 17 points on 4-11 shooting and 9-14 from the free throw line. Knight also dished out 6 assists, with only 2 turnovers and grabbed 5 rebounds.
Also Kentucky student Enes Kanter scored 3 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 28 minutes for Utah in a losing effort.
