According to Adam Zagoria of zagsblog.com, former Kentucky guard Isaiah Briscoe has agreed to a Summer League deal with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Philadelphia will play in the Summer League in Utah July 3-6 and in Las Vegas July 7-17.
